This is a perfect product to fill my cravings for chocolate, while avoiding sugar. I eat a few squares at a time, but the actual serving size is half the bar! Very good alternative to regular chocolate.

I need keto friendly snacks at times. This chocolate bar has only stevia as its sweetener. It is really yummy and great for keto/low carb. I only need a piece or two, but even if you eat the whole bar, you will not have the blood sugar spike like with a normal sugar bar.
